O'Donnell is a 28 year veteran of running IT Infrastructure working up to and including board level in large global organizations. He currently runs IT for First Data International (FDI) which was acquired by private equity fund, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) in 2007. O'Donnell has industry recognized Green credentials - as the winner of three industry awards for green data centre projects. O'Donnell is recognized as the thought leader in Customer Experience Management within IT Operations.
